Working with Barber & McMurry Architects, Construction Plus Inc. was responsible for the project from concept to completion. CPI coordinated site improvements and the installation of an automated inventory conveyor system with the owners and industrial engineering consultants. Additional work included remodeling of the offices and additional employee facilities.
A cost plus with guaranteed maximum price job, the final project cost resulted in savings of over 4.5% to the owner.”
