A 3,245-sq. ft. addition to an existing branch bank, this project was constructed without loss of service to the bank. The existing brick and wood structure was completely renovated on the exterior to maintain continuity with the new structure. The addition included a new vault, walk-up teller and office area. In addition to serving as general contractor, Construction Plus Inc. also acted as construction manager for owner supplied services such as banking equipment and design of custom teller and customer service stations.
