- Project: This residential estate is located in Farragut and was completed to include a large custom heated pool with natural stone deck and waterfall feature. Total square footage is over 6250 heated and and additional 950 square feet of hard surface outside living area as decks and patios. Exterior landscape lighting, landscape design and fencing were designed by our design team to compliment the homes design. Hardiplank siding, solid wood floors and extensive architectural wood details in the interior make this an outstanding example of our attention to the details.
