Projects – Heilig-Meyers Furniture
Construction Plus Inc. renovated the Centre Plaza Retail Center to accommodate Heilig-Meyers as a new co-anchor tenant. This involved subdividing the facility for multi-tenant use.
The entire center was upgraded and several structural changes made to complete the transformation. This project is another example of CPI's ability to meet the aggressive schedules and demanding budgets found in retail construction.
