Projects – Jiffy Lube

Construction Plus Inc. built two Jiffy Lubes consecutively. After competitive bids, CPI was selected to value engineer the projects. A list of 34 cost saving items was presented to the client, decreasing the cost by over 15%. Both sites were completed on time and within budget.
