Design-Build Construction and Certified Construction Management
”Sandy Loy takes a very professional and personal approach to construction and follows through on the commitments he makes. He is very conscientious of his client’s budgets and works hard to meet or exceed expectations without sacrificing quality. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about building to consider Sandy Loy and Construction Plus.”– Stacy Cox, Vice President, Studio Four Design, Inc
“We appreciate working with a contractor who knows how to make changes in construction cost without sacrificing architectural value.”
– Dan Brewer, Brewer, Ingram, Fuller Architects
“Construction Plus Inc. not only finished the project about 30 days ahead of schedule, but also about 3.5% under the estimate that Sandy had given us 9 months earlier. Construction Plus has an excellent record in working with budgets and schedules. Again, I think the unique thing the firm brings to the table as part of the team is their knowledge of the design process as well as the construction process.”– David L. Wooley, A.I.A. Pres., Barber & McMurry
Construction Plus Inc. was awarded this project after competing on a select bid list. They constructed the building to the client’s national spec requirements. The building is heavy wood framing with shear walls for seismic resistance. The Phase II included a sanctuary / gymnasium and administrative offices as well as new parking areas and landscaping.
”CPI has an excellant record of working with schedules and budgets. I think the thing that sets them apart from other contractors is their commitment to service and their understanding of the design process as well as the construciton process”– David Wooley, AIA, Pres., Barber & McMurry Arch.
”One thing that is unique about CPI is that Sandy is a graduate Architect, he knows what our goals and objectives are…it makes my job easier because he understands what I am trying to accomplish. He has shown time and again that he is going to do whatever it takes to meet the owner’s needs.”– David Wooley, AIA, Pres., Barber & McMurry Arch.
