WHO CERTIFIES CM’s?

The CM Certification Program is administered by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI), an independent administrative body of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). The Institute is governed by a Board of Governors and is comprised of CM professionals who are responsible for policies and procedures affecting criteria for professional certification and the determination of individual certification status of candidates enrolled in the CM Certification Program.

What is a CCM?
The Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is someone who has voluntarily met the prescribed criteria of the CCM program with regard to formal education, field experience and demonstrated capability and understanding of the CM body of knowledge.

These certified individuals have made a commitment to excellence in program/construction management, career advancement and an ongoing pursuit of knowledge.

The CCM Designation is highly regarded by peers, clients and other industry professionals as the international designation for professional PMs and CMs.
