This new primary school has 33 full-size classrooms, 2 CDC’s, one resource and one English as a Second Language classroom. Other spaces include an art room, music room, a media center and play gym with carpeted floor and stage. The bid strategies and scope definitions developed and implemented by CPI produced bid results that allowed the Board to meet ALL their needs at a significant savings of 6% below their original budget.
