OTTWAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

“I didn’t think there was any way CPI could get the Ottway project done by the date we needed it. But they did it! They did a heck of a job and saved us a lot of money too.”

– Mr. Richard Morrison, 04′ Chair, Greene Co. School Board

This Elementary school was closed to address health problems being caused by mold. CPI was selected to serve as the Construction Manager on this project to expedite the process and demolish and rebuild the classroom wing of this school. The students had to be relocated while this was being done so time was of the essence. Despite the relative small size of the project for CM services CPI was committed to delivering this project for the students of the Ottway community.

CPI’s innovative bidding techniques and scope packaging resulted in actual bids 9% less than the Design Development budget, allowing the Board to meet ALL their needs for less than the original budget and completed the school AHEAD OF SCHEDULE…WITH NO CHANGE ORDERS!
